2nd VSGA Women's Mid-Amateur Championship

Tuesday, October 29, 2024 - Wednesday, October 30, 2024

This event is run concurrently with the Women's Net, Senior, and Super Senior Stroke Play Championships.

ELIGIBILITY

• Open to VSGA members who will be at least 22 years of age by October 29, 2024 and must not be competing on a college golf team.
• All participants must hold an active GHIN number issued by a licensed VSGA member club in good standing.
• All participants must meet the USGA Rules of Amateur Status.

ENTRY FEE/DEADLINE

All players are required to submit an entry form with the entry fee of $200 by Monday, October 21, 2024.

• Entry fee includes all course fees (including cart) for all rounds of competition.
• The VSGA will negotiate a discounted practice fee with host club.

FORMAT

• 36-hole gross stroke play competition (18 holes per day).
• The field will be flighted by Handicap Index into an appropriate number of flights based on the size of the field.
• The Handicap Index the day before the first day of competition will be used.

PRIZES

• Prizes will be awarded to the overall champion (may come from any flight).
• Additional prizes will be awarded in each flight.
